MISSION:
As a Talent Development Manager for CMA CGM shipping, you will drive the execution of talent development initiatives tailored to local business needs while aligning with global frameworks. Your role will focus on identifying high-potential employees, delivering leadership and graduate programs, facilitating career growth, and fostering a performance-driven culture.
