Job Responsibilities

Curriculum Design & Learning Solutions

  • Design, curate, and continuously improve end-to-end learning curricula aligned to business priorities, leadership frameworks, and future skills needs.
  • Translate organisational strategies into structured, learner-centric development programmes (e.g. leadership, management, functional and enterprise-wide programmes).
  • Apply adult learning principles and blended learning approaches (in-person, virtual, experiential, action learning).
  • Develop facilitator guides, participant workbooks, case studies, assessments, and evaluation tools.

Facilitation & Programme Delivery

  • Facilitate learning programmes confidently for diverse audiences, including managers, senior leaders, and high-potential talents.
  • Create engaging, psychologically safe learning environments that encourage participation, reflection, and behaviour change.
  • Adapt facilitation style to suit different learner profiles and business contexts.

High-Potential Talent Management

  • Support the design and delivery of high-potential (HiPo) and succession development programmes.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to identify, develop, and track high-potential talent pools.
  • Coordinate development interventions such as assessments, stretch assignments, coaching, mentoring, and action learning projects.
  • Monitor talent progress, programme outcomes, and readiness indicators.

Stakeholder Partnership & Programme Management

  • Collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and external vendors to ensure relevance and quality of programmes.
  • Manage programme logistics, timelines, budgets, and evaluation metrics.
  • Gather feedback and data to assess programme effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning & Development or related field.

Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in talent development/management or learning & development within complex, service‑intensive environments; hospitality or integrated resort experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in curriculum design and programme facilitation across leadership and professional skills programs.
  • Exposure to high-potential or leadership development programmes is strongly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong instructional design and learning architecture skills.
  • Confident, credible and engaging facilitator.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical development solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Project management capability with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate programme impact.
