The Talent Development Coordinator supports all HMH Talent Development Programs, including (but not limited to) the Administrative Fellowship Program, the Leadership Development Program portfolio, Team Hackensack Meridian University offerings, CEU coordination, and other programs that may be added in accordance with the strategic plan. The Talent Development Coordinator manages each program from nomination through graduation and is the main logistics partner for program owners, fellows, executive preceptors, and internal and external faculty. Key responsibilities include recruiting and tracking executive preceptors, building and distributing rotation and program schedules for multi-month cohorts, maintaining the project tracker and escalating slipping deadlines to the director, and producing program communications such as welcome packets, session reminders, pre-work, and mail-merged certificates and notices. The Talent Development Coordinator also manages programs in HR systems and the Learning Management System (LMS), including setting up sessions, managing enrollments, and recording completions and CEU credit. The role builds and analyzes program surveys and data to create executive summaries for leadership.

Keep getting better.
