As Talent Development Coordinator, you bring Nemacolin to life for students, university partners, candidates, and new associates through meaningful campus relationships, distinctive early-career programs, and engaging learning experiences. You connect recruitment with development, creating a polished journey from first introduction through orientation while strengthening the talent pipeline and bringing Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond service standards to life.

What You Will Create

• Lasting university partnerships that make Nemacolin a destination for emerging talent, while connecting students, faculty, career centers, academic programs, and student organizations with meaningful pathways into luxury hospitality
• A compelling introduction to Nemacolin on campus and at the resort, bringing career possibilities to life through recruitment events, classroom engagement, networking, property tours and experiences, and thoughtful communication with students and university partners
• Early-career experiences that turn curiosity into opportunity, coordinating internships, externships, job shadowing, seasonal employment, and experiential learning programs that give participants meaningful exposure to the resort and its career paths
• A welcoming and memorable beginning for new associates, facilitating orientation and training that bring Nemacolin culture, Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond service standards, workplace expectations, safety practices, and associate resources to life
• Learning experiences that connect with diverse audiences, adapting your facilitation style while preserving approved content and helping interns, seasonal associates, new hires, and emerging leaders build confidence and capability
• Talent and learning programs that feel seamless from invitation through completion, connecting recruiting, human resources, learning and development, marketing, operational leaders, facilitators, candidates, and participants around every essential detail
• Stronger programs informed by meaningful measures and participant experiences, maintaining accurate records and evaluating engagement, participation, conversion, completion, certifications, feedback, and learning outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement
• A collaborative approach to developing Nemacolin’s future talent, supporting evolving staffing needs, candidate pipelines, interviews and follow-up, associate events, special projects, and broader university initiatives with discretion, precision, and disciplined follow-through

• Local and regional travel, with occasional evening and weekend responsibilities based on recruiting, orientation, and program schedules
• An active role requiring extended periods of standing and presenting, movement throughout venues and the resort, and occasional lifting or moving of materials up to 25 pounds

• Adaptability, initiative, and sound judgment within a fast-moving luxury hospitality environment
• A collaborative mindset and genuine commitment to learning, inclusion, early-career development, and associate growth
• Discretion and professionalism when entrusted with candidate, student, associate, and other confidential information

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, hospitality, business, education, communications, organizational development, or a related field preferred, with an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience considered
• One to three years of relevant experience in university relations, recruiting, training, facilitation, hospitality, human resources, education, or a comparable field preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable productivity tools, with ATS, LMS, HRIS, and event-management system experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to colleges, universities, recruiting events, and other program locations as needed
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, with reasonable accommodations available for qualified individuals
