Role purpose
This role could suit a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of corporate work experience.
Sitting within the HR team, therole will play a keypartin supportingthe delivery of Talent Development and Talent Management initiatives through the effectivemanagementof learning platforms,sharedinbox,andCPD reporting, and talentmanagement / review coordination
The rolemayalsoberequiredtosupport our Talent Acquisitionteamwith administrative activities on our recruitment processesas and whennecessary
Key responsibilities
Talent Development
CPD reporting
Maintainingaccurateand up to date records of CPD activities across the business
Monitor and follow up on CPD progress with managers to ensuretimelycompletion
Professional Qualifications
Ordering and tracking qualification material for learners, processinginvoicesand updating records to track progression.
Renewing professional membershipsmonthly
Actively promote professional body membership and qualifications and support learners through their journey
Managinglearning-related joiner and leaver processes, including issuing induction communications, enrolling new starters onto learning platforms, and removing departing employees from learning systems in line with data management requirements
DeliveringL&D platform inductions
Liaisingand reporting forgoverning bodiesand internal complianceto ensurebusiness standardsremainhigh
Coordinatingtheorganisation'stalent management processes,maintainingtalentdata,and supporting regular talent review cycles.
Actingas an ambassador for the central L&D team, promoting keyinitiativesand ensuring effective rollouts in local areas.
Drivingawareness and engagement with L&D programs, including e-learning, workshops, and blended learning solutions.
Assistinginmaintainingand updatingtheLMS andtechnical training platform, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
Managing theT&D Inbox
Collating management information for board reporting
Talent Acquisition
Providing administrative supportto ourTalent Acquisition Business Partners(job posting, updating Recruitment system etc.)
Reviewing CVs and phone screening candidates for shortlists
Coordinating calendars for interviews
Administeringassessments as part of the recruitment process
Skills and experience:
Essential
Bachelor’sdegree orhas1-2 years corporate work experience.
Competent with Microsoft Excel.
Strong organisational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently withexternal candidates and internalstakeholders at all levels.
A proactive and flexible approach to work, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
Demonstrates self-motivation and the ability to take ownership of tasks.
Builds strong relationships and works effectively with diverse teams and individuals.
Desirable
Experience managing,administeringandmaintaininga Learning Management System (LMS) or other learning technologies.
Experience managing and owning a shared team inbox, ensuringtimelyresponses, effective triage, prioritisation, and resolution of queries.
Proven experience in a reporting capacity and able to manipulate data.
Experienced in sourcing and attracting high calibre talent (via ATS, LinkedIn and job boards).
CIPD Level 3 qualified or currently studying towards a CIPD qualification.
