Job Description

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Talent Development Coordinator This is a full time 3 month fixed term contract position located in our Liverpool Street office. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, from 9.00am to 5.30pm. The role would require to be in the office 3 days a week with the option to work from home 2 days a week.The salary is £28,000 annually.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

  • Supporting early careers initiatives including apprenticeships and graduate programmes
  • Manage the internal L&D mailbox and respond to day-to-day queries
  • Coordination of some training events such as venue booking, lunch, travel and accommodation as required
  • Managing training records through Kallidus LMS
  • Maintain a comprehensive training calendar.
