We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Talent Development team.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone with around one year of administrative experience who is looking to build a career in learning, development, HR or professional services. You’ll play an important role supporting the delivery of training, development programmes and early careers initiatives across the firm.
Working closely with the Talent Development Manager and wider People team, you’ll help ensure training programmes run smoothly while providing day-to-day administrative support to the team.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll support the Talent Development and Future Talent teams with a variety of administrative tasks, including:
General Administration
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Talent Development team
• Acting as a first point of contact for internal queries via email or phone
• Managing the team calendar and organising meetings
• Preparing meeting agendas and taking notes where required
• Maintaining accurate digital files and records
• Proofreading documents and materials
Training & Events
• Booking training rooms and coordinating logistics for learning sessions
• Sending invitations and managing attendee responses
• Preparing course materials in advance of sessions
• Supporting trainers and hosts during training events
• Sending out evaluation forms and maintaining training records
Learning Systems
• Supporting administration of the learning management system (LMS)
• Adding courses, recording attendance and assigning e-learning modules
• Helping with basic reporting and responding to user queries
Additional Support
• Assisting with early careers and apprentice recruitment activities
• Helping with booking external training and processing invoices
• Supporting small projects and helping improve administrative processes where possible
What we’re looking for
This role would suit someone early in their career who is keen to develop their administrative skills in a supportive environment.
You’ll ideally have:
• Around 1 year of experience in an administrative role (any sector)
• Good organisation skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• A professional and positive approach when working with colleagues
• Discretion when handling confidential information
A levels, a degree, or equivalent qualifications are welcome but not essential.
