
The Talent Delivery Manager is a pivotal position that drives top talent attraction, sourcing, interviewing, and presentation for our large Banking and Financial Services accounts nationally. This role also manages talent once placed, and assists with the further development and growth of client relationships. With respect to clients, this role is responsible for continuously building and maintaining internal partnerships with sales and account managers by understanding our client’s business, strategic directions, and hiring processes and policies, with the goal of planning to grow and develop accounts.
