In this role, you'll:
You'll join a high-performing, collaborative team that takes pride in being the face of our world-class Talent function. Supporting a team of Talent Specialists, you'll provide enabling, governance and support services in a high-volume fast-paced environment during a peak period. You’ll help drive recruitment outcomes by managing the pre-employment checks process, setting up interviews, supervising online testing, actioning new recruitment requests ensuring they meet our governance principles and other administration support. This involves providing an excellent service experience to candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Specialists alike.
At this stage you'll be joining our team until either 15th May 2026 or 30th June 2026 on a fixed term basis with an office location of Burwood.

About you
You have previous administration experience in recruitment or HR transactional roles within a large complex environment. You’re a superstar at prioritising tasks and managing several deadlines simultaneously whilst never compromising on attention to detail. Known for your strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you're flexible, able to work at pace and enjoy working in an environment with defined service delivery objectives.
