DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
The Talent Coordinator will support human resources department goals that align with the organization’s mission, through cross-collaboration with internal teams, leadership, external organizations, and community resources. The primary focus will be on the talent acquisition support process.
The Basics:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred but will consider experience in lieu of degree
• Two years’ minimum experience in support of talent acquisition processes, which may include job posting, interviewing, extending offers, initiating screening steps, onboarding new hires
• Experience using applicant tracking systems
• Experience working in an administrative support role in a large organization
• Experience scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements
• Brand promotion, community engagement, event planning and facilitation support
• Intermediate or higher capabilities using Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and networking skills
• Experience creating presentations and building reports/tracking documents
The Extras:
• Experience with recruitment in the manufacturing industry preferred
• Workforce development experience a plus
• Process improvement and data analytics experience preferred

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Assist Talent Acquisition team with candidate interview scheduling (which will include phone interview, virtual or site interview scheduling)
• Handle candidate travel arrangements to and from the site and with providing the candidate with resources on covered costs for travel, necessary forms, and contacts for the visit
• Support travel coordination for the Talent Acquisition team for event attendance
• Assist Talent team with initiating and follow-up of screening processes and completing onboarding for candidates, which includes initiating the IT ticket and the badge portal process
• Cultivate positive and constructive relationships internal and external to the company
• Ensure frequent communication with talent team, HR leadership, and hiring managers
• Facilitate and engage in campus recruitment activities as assigned
• Prepare event materials for teams going to events or for use at onsite group visits
• Assess and track event materials inventory, ensure return of issued materials
• Support workforce development program initiatives
• Partner with the Total Rewards team on international hiring coordination and support
• Operate in continuous improvement mindset to propose updates to talent policies, practices, and processes
• Manage the badge portal process from the Talent Acquisition side, which includes creating and approving applications, for domestic and international hires and supporting agencies with the vendor process
• Act as liaison to coordinate and support tour groups, to include initiating tour requests, visitor requests for tour groups, meal planning, dates and site schedules
• Support I-9 completion for new hire orientations
• Support University Internship Program Facilitator on program needs
• Work closely with background check company for updates and correspondence to clear candidates
• Review and prepare reimbursement forms related to candidate or new hire expenses
• Proctor hourly testing, as needed
• Support recruiting activities, as needed
• Assist with scheduling testing for hourly candidates, as needed
