We are currently seeking a self-motivated, detail oriented and resourceful Recruitment/Talent Coordinator to join our in-house recruitment team on a Permanent Full-time basis. You will be based in our Brisbane CBD office (overlooking the lovely Southbank Parklands) with flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.
Reporting into the Head of Talent, you will be supporting our operational manning requirements across Queensland.
As a Recruitment/Talent Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and administration of the recruitment process and pre-employment training programs. As part of the People & Culture team you will work with and support our site managers and operations managers in achieving their recruitment outcomes.
The successful candidate may occasionally attend our client sites to support volume recruitment activities held onsite and will also handle general recruitment related queries.
This is an ideal role for someone with previous recruitment experience or a recent graduate in Human Resources looking for their first opportunity or growth in the HR space.
