Job Description

Overview

The Talent Brand & Recruitment Marketing Lead, EMEA will lead regional talent brand strategy and turn hiring needs into campaigns, content, events, conferences, and candidate experiences that strengthen Susquehanna's presence with campus, early-career, experienced, trading, technology, and quantitative talent audiences.

The ideal candidate is a strong recruitment marketing, campaign, content, and experiential leader who can partner closely with Recruiting, HR, Marketing, agencies, vendors, business stakeholders, and regional teams to create a more consistent, differentiated, and measurable candidate presence across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Brand Strategy & Regional Planning

  • Develop and execute the EMEA talent brand and recruitment marketing strategy in partnership with Recruiting and Marketing.
  • Translate recruiting priorities, priority schools, candidate segments, hiring goals, and business needs into regional marketing plans.
  • Build a regional recruitment marketing calendar across campus, experienced hire, trading, technology, quantitative research, internships, priority events, and conferences.
  • Maintain alignment with the global employer brand while adapting campaigns to local markets and candidate expectations.

Campaigns, Events, Conferences, Candidate Experience & Sponsorships

  • Lead the creation and execution of regional recruitment marketing campaigns across campus, early-career, experienced-hire, trading, technology, and quantitative talent audiences.
  • Support recruiting events and conferences across EMEA by shaping the audience strategy, messaging, run of show, pre-event promotion, on-site experience, follow-up, and measurement approach.
  • Turn recruiting events, sponsorships, competitions, technical talks, and conferences into integrated campaigns rather than one-off activations.
  • Partner with Recruiting and business stakeholders to identify priority audiences, event goals, attendee journeys, speaker needs, content opportunities, and post-event engagement.
  • Ensure each campaign, event, or conference has clear objectives, audience targeting, creative needs, content plan, channel plan, and measurement approach.
  • Evaluate sponsorship and conference opportunities based on audience fit, brand visibility, candidate access, speaker opportunities, programming, cost, and expected recruiting impact.
  • Ensure sponsorships are connected to broader Talent Brand campaigns and not treated as standalone logo placements or one-off events.
  • Alongside Recruiting and the business, build a repeatable process for evaluating, planning, activating, and measuring conferences and sponsorships across the region.

Content Development, Deployment & Launch

  • Own talent brand content planning for EMEA in partnership with Recruiting, Marketing teammates, agencies, freelancers, vendors, and regional stakeholders.
  • Develop campaign briefs, content briefs, messaging inputs, launch plans, and asset needs for candidate-facing campaigns, recruiting events, conferences, sponsorships, social content, landing pages, email, recruiter enablement, and follow-up materials.
  • Work with partnering teammates and agencies to create, deploy, and launch content across relevant channels, ensuring the work is audience-specific, accurate, polished, and aligned to Susquehanna's broader positioning.
  • Coordinate the review and approval process for talent brand content, including stakeholder input, compliance or legal review where needed, and final launch readiness.
  • Track performance and apply learnings to improve future content, campaigns, events, conferences, and candidate engagement.

Measurement, Insights & Competitive Intelligence

  • Track performance across events, conferences, campaigns, registrations, attendance, engagement, candidate follow-up, talent community growth, and pipeline influence.
  • Monitor competitor activity and talent-market trends across priority EMEA schools, events, markets, and candidate segments.
  • Create repeatable processes for intake, planning, prioritization, campaign briefs, creative requests, post-event reporting, and lessons learned.
  • Use data and recruiter feedback to improve future campaigns, content, events, conferences, and candidate experiences.
  • Track performance and share recommendations on which conferences, sponsorships, and partnerships should be continued, expanded, changed, or discontinued.

What we’re looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer brand, campus marketing, experiential marketing, events, talent attraction, candidate marketing, or content-led recruitment campaigns.
  • Experience supporting early-career, graduate, STEM, trading, technology, quantitative, financial services, or high-performance talent markets.
  • Strong campaign, content, event, conference, and program leadership experience across multiple countries, schools, or markets.
  • Ability to work effectively across Recruiting, HR, Marketing teammates, agencies, vendors, business stakeholders, and regional teams.
  • Strong understanding of candidate journeys, employer brand, campus marketing, event strategy, conference activation, talent communities, content launch plans, and recruitment campaign measurement.
  • Excellent writing, communication, stakeholder management, project-management, and execution skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a growing function.
