Job Description

Come and join our home office team that provides exceptional support to our practices.

Talent Attraction Specialist

Founded in 2019, Corus Orthodontists is one of the fastest-growing orthodontic partnership networks in North America. Our network is owned and operated by doctor partners who share a deeply collaborative spirit, an unwavering ambition to provide the world’s best patient care, and an innate growth mindset. We created Corus to be the place where doctors and their teams truly share in each other’s success and improve the quality of patient care by coming together as true partners. We believe that those who go together, go further.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter, relationship builder and natural go-getter to join our Talent team as a Talent Attraction Specialist.

This is a role for someone who loves the hunt as much as the hire. You’ll lead searches for a diverse portfolio of Home Office roles, proactively finding great people who may not be looking for us yet and partnering closely with hiring leaders to help them find the talent their teams need to grow.

You’ll also play a key role in taking Corus’ early talent strategy to its next stage. We’ve built the foundations; now we’re looking for someone with the energy, creativity and relationship-building instincts to deepen our partnerships with schools, expand our presence with students and new graduates, and build meaningful talent pipelines for the future.

Along the way, you’ll stay connected to the heart of our business by supporting recruitment across our growing network of orthodontic practices.

If you’re energized by finding hard-to-find talent, building relationships from scratch, influencing hiring decisions and turning a great conversation into a long-term talent pipeline, you’ll have a lot of room to make an impact here.

What You’ll Love About Corus

  • Being part of a collaborative Talent team where you’ll have meaningful ownership of your portfolio and programs.
  • Exposure to a wide range of roles, leaders and teams across a growing North American organization.
  • A competitive total rewards package including comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage, and an employee & family assistance program.
  • A hybrid work structure from our Toronto Office, balancing in-person collaboration with remote work for focused time.

What You Will Love Doing

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for an assigned portfolio of Home Office roles and support recruitment across a portfolio of orthodontic practices.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to deeply understand their talent needs, define candidate profiles and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proactively source and headhunt passive talent, building pipelines for specialized and difficult-to-fill roles.
  • Serve as a trusted talent advisor, bringing market insight, candidate perspective and clear recommendations to hiring decisions.
  • Build and grow relationships with universities, colleges, professional programs and other educational partners across Canada and the U.S.
  • Execute our early talent strategy through campus recruitment, career fairs, presentations, networking events and emerging initiatives such as placements, internships, scholarships and grants.
  • Partner across Corus to develop engaging recruitment campaigns, communications and candidate experiences.
  • Use market insights, recruitment outcomes and feedback to continuously improve how we attract talent.

All About You:

  • You bring 4-6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally including professional or corporate recruitment.
  • You have experience building, leading or meaningfully contributing to campus recruitment, early talent or educational partnership programs.
  • You have demonstrated success proactively sourcing and headhunting passive candidates — you don’t rely on job postings to find great talent.
  • You’re an exceptional relationship builder who can connect with senior leaders, candidates, students and external partners alike.
  • You’re skilled at stewarding the recruitment process from intake through offer, navigating ambiguity, keeping stakeholders aligned and bringing a clear, thoughtful point of view on candidate fit.
  • You’re energetic, engaging and confident presenting virtually or in person and representing Corus at recruitment events.
  • You’re proactive, resourceful and comfortable managing multiple searches and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience with Dayforce recruitment module and an eye for systems improvement is an asset.
  • Experience recruiting across varying time zones in Canada and the U.S. is an asset.
  • You hold an active passport with the ability to travel for occasional travel to campus events, career fairs and other Talent initiatives.
