Role title: Talent Attraction Senior Specialist
The recruitment landscape is changing rapidly as part of an increasingly more connected world. To

Attraction (GTA) team identifies talent for our recruitment teams in region. We design and deliver talent attraction and
sourcing strategies to connect with the right talent globally and build the EY organization of the future. Our team focuses
on recruiting a wide range of roles that support our business
Essential functions of the job:
The Talent Attraction Specialist is part of a high-performing GTA team, an attraction and sourcing specialist focused on
identifying and is also a subject matter expert (SME) in a wide range of roles that support different functions
 Drive and shape the right attraction and sourcing strategies and market intelligence for this capability in selected
markets and geographies.
 Capably identify the right talent across global markets and provide advice to the business on how to attract that
talent to EY.
 Develop a deep understanding of your assigned market to successfully promote and sell career pathways and EY
as an employer of choice within this market.
A typical day will see you using an array of attraction and sourcing strategies and tools to identify, screen and qualify top
talent to present to the hiring teams. You will also share your knowledge with the wider team to develop their knowledge
and capability. You will also partner closely with assigned regional Recruiters to maintain a relationship with your
candidates until hire.
Supervision Responsibilities:
 Collaborate with your team and regional recruiters to identify and engage with candidates in line with roles across
different functions that support our business.
 Use a suite of tools such as LinkedIn and SuccessFactors to assist in developing deep subject matter talent
sourcing expertise in the talent markets for the skills required.
 Collaborate with your wider team to meet attraction and sourcing needs for roles.
 Create candidate profiles and documenting preliminary interviews to share with hiring teams and recruiters
 Screen live applicants from the ATS for current and future opportunities, creating a candidate profile and
documenting these preliminary interviews to share with hiring teams and recruiters.
 Conduct in-depth qualifying interviews to establish the candidate’s suitability against the requirements of the role.
 Ensure the delivery of a strong potential candidate pipeline by leveraging external talent and referral channels,
developing talent communities, managing referral campaigns
 Act as a ‘Talent Advisor’ to the business, develop actionable competitive intelligence for recruiters and hiring
managers. Gather and analyze data for accurate and confident decision-making and sourcing strategy. Make
recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions.
 Develop and execute a variety of candidate marketing techniques and materials
 Actively pursue candidate channels to deliver to our Global Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) talent agenda.
 Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and support throughout the
recruitment process.
 Achieve individual targets aligned to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and key performance metrics.
Talent Attraction Senior Specialist

Knowledge & Skills:
 Previous talent attraction and sourcing experience, ideally with a focus on sourcing for roles across various
industries.
 Competent use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SuccessFactors, online sourcing platforms, and
research tools.
 Proficient in investigation, data analysis, research, and market intelligence.
 Proficient in name generation and organizational mapping to effectively identify and engage potential candidates.
 Understanding and application of internet research techniques (e.g., Boolean searches, X-ray searches).
 Demonstrated ability to build relationships with hiring managers and clients based on trust and service, with a
commitment to developing as a trusted advisor.
 A proactive and candidate-centric work ethic.
 An innovative mindset, curiosity, and determination to find the right talent for assigned openings.
 A collaborative team player who enjoys working with colleagues both locally and internationally.
Other requirements:
 Due to global nature of the role – travel and willingness to work alternative hours (to accommodate time zones) will
be required
 Due to global nature of the role – excellent written and verbal English language skills are vital

Job requirements:

Education:
 Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline or equivalent professional experience

Certification requirements:
 Active membership in related professional bodies or industry groups is preferred
