Talent Attraction, Development, & TU Analyst - Houston, TX

LOCATION: Houston - Texas - USA

Purpose

The Talent Attraction, Development & Training Analyst is responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talent by executing recruitment, learning, training, and talent management initiatives aligned with business objectives and organizational strategy. This role partners with managers, HR Business Partners, employees, educational institutions, and external providers to support workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee development, training programs, succession planning, performance management processes, and organizational capability building. The position supports the employee lifecycle through recruitment, onboarding, learning, and talent development activities while fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for assigned business areas, including sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with managers and HR Business Partners to support workforce planning, staffing decisions, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future organizational needs.
  • Support and execute talent management processes, including performance management, people reviews, talent assessments, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
  • Partner with leaders to identify development opportunities and support employee career growth and engagement.
  • Develop, coordinate, and monitor learning and training programs aligned with business needs, organizational priorities, and individual development plans.
  • Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and recommend effective learning solutions.
  • Coordinate training logistics, learning events, external vendors, educational institutions, and learning resources to ensure successful delivery of development initiatives.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment, training, and development programs through metrics, feedback, assessments, and business impact indicators.
  • Maintain talent, recruitment, training, and development data within HR systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics related to workforce, recruitment, learning, and talent development activities to support decision-making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, digital solutions, and AI-enabled tools to enhance talent attraction, development, training, and workforce effectiveness.

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or related areas.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple functions and organizational levels.
  • Experience coordinating training, learning, or employee development programs.
  • Experience leading projects, managing multiple priorities, and working independently.

Technical Skills

  • SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting, Learning, and Talent modules preferred).
  • Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, and automation tools.
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Recruitment platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
  • Talent assessment tools and employee development platforms.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to support talent attraction, talent development, training coordination, learning analytics, and workforce insights.
