About the opportunity
Supporting our Network Operations (Distribution Centres, Parcel Facilities, Transport Depos etc) division, this Talent Attraction Consultant role plays a key part in partnering with the stakeholders on delivering sustainable and engaged talent, launching targeted go to market strategies and enabling a positive end to end candidate experience through a digitally enabled process. You’ll be joining a large and collaborative TA team, have the opportunity to showcase your market leading recruitment techniques, influence key outcomes and have exposure to projects and programs of work at scale.
This is a 12 month Fixed term opportunity to join our incredible TA team in Brisbane Queensland.
What you’ll deliver with us
You’ll partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align recruitment with business needs, culture, and success profiles. Drawing on your fast paced recruitment expertise, you’ll provide guidance on hiring strategies or ways or working and help shape long-term talent plans for your area. Using a range of attraction methods to find the best talent for our transformation, you’ll offer coaching on interviews, share market insights, and work with internal teams to improve retention strategies and ensure we build sustainable practices.
