Step into the heart of Talent Attraction and Acquisition (TAA) Team at PwC Luxembourg and help shape the future of our talent community.
As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you will contribute to attracting and recruiting the next generation of interns and junior profiles across the firm. Working alongside Talent Attraction Advisors, you will help build strong partnerships with schools and universities across multiple countries, while partnering with Talent Acquisition Advisors to create an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Beyond recruitment, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and innovative initiatives that leave a lasting impact on how we attract, engage, and hire talent.
What your role will look like
Reporting to the Talent Attraction and Acquisition Graduates Lead, you will play a key role in bringing our talent strategy to life, contributing to the full spectrum of attraction and acquisition initiatives that help shape the future of our workforce.
Participate in representing the firm at campus events, promoting career opportunities, and building relationships with student and junior talents across different countries;
Manage the relationship with student associations, schools/universities, and additional external stakeholders;
Support the execution of end-to-end recruitment processes for intern and junior roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management;
Collaborate on coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate records, and ensuring timely communication throughout the recruitment process with all stakeholders;
Assist in organizing and executing high-volume recruitment campaigns such as “Offer in a Day” and “Recruitment Days”;
Ensure a seamless and high-quality candidate experience from application to offer acceptance;
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at improving and innovating attraction and acquisition processes and tools.
Your growth and opportunities
You will gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent attraction and candidate engagement to interview coordination and hiring activities. Working closely with Talent Attraction and Acquisition Advisors, you will develop strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills while progressively taking ownership of key recruitment and campus-related actions and initiatives.
The skills you bring
Are available for a 6‑month internship with a valid university agreement starting as from September/October 2026 ideally
Are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g.: Management, Business, Human Resources...);
Are curious and proactive, with the drive to learn how to anticipatestakeholdersneeds and bring innovative solutions;
Show interest in Human Resources and more particularly in the employer branding and/or acquisition of talents;
Are comfortable using in MS Office (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint),AI toolsand know how to use Excel (reports and analysis, pivot tables)
Are fluent in either English and French or German (the languages commonly spoken by our clients).
