Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive high-quality recruitment delivery across business functions.

This is an exciting opportunity to partner closely with hiring managers, ensure best-in-class hiring practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of global talent acquisition processes.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process within your assigned business area or region. You’ll act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate journey and adherence to recruitment standards.

You’ll also play a key role in strengthening our client's employer brand and supporting our client's organization’s growth with the right talent at the right time.

What You’ll Do:

– End-to-End Recruitment

  • Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle – from intake meetings and job postings to screening, interviews, offers, and pre-boarding coordination

– Partnership with Hiring Managers

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, build sourcing strategies, and guide selection decisions

– Candidate Experience

  • Ensure an engaging, transparent, and timely candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

– Data Accuracy & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records in ATS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and ensure full documentation compliance

– Reporting & Stakeholder Updates

  • Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to the TA Team Lead and business stakeholders

– Employer Branding Support

  • Contribute to employer branding activities such as job fairs, online campaigns, and talent community engagement

– Continuous Improvement

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in TA projects to enhance efficiency and quality

– Policy Adherence

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor market regulations in all recruitment activities

What You Bring:

– Recruitment Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in SSC/GBS or multinational environments

– Strong Business Partnership

  • Proven ability to work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners as a trusted advisor

– System & Tool Proficiency

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), sourcing tools, and job boards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, and social media sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards)

– Communication & Mindset

  • Communicative English
  • Fluent in Swedish (additional languages are an asset)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a consultative and customer-focused approach

– Process & Data Orientation

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open requisitions efficiently

– Compliance Awareness

  • Understanding of employment legislation relevant to recruitment and hiring practices

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level 6
