Talent Acquisition Consultant
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Job Type: Full-Time, Regular
Salary: $49,308 – $71,000, commensurate with education and experience
Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies to attract, engage, and hire qualified talent. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build effective talent pipelines, and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities, build relationships with candidates and hiring teams, and use recruiting data and technology to continuously improve the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and sourcing techniques to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to identify qualified talent.
- Recommend candidates to hiring managers based on skills, experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
- Coordinate and administer candidate assessments, tests, and evaluations as needed.
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding.
- Promote the organization's culture, values, and employment opportunities to attract high-quality candidates.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems, recruiting technology, and digital platforms to manage and streamline recruitment activities.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, and use data to improve recruiting strategies.
- Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Associate's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience
- At least two years of relevant recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience developing sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
