Reporting to the HR Director, the Talent and polyvalent HR Specialist works at the heart of the Relais & Châteaux Corporate teams, in a demanding, international, and people-oriented environment.
As a key operational support to the HR function, you will assist the HR Director in the day-to-day management of Human Resources, both in France and internationally. You will contribute to the implementation of HR processes, the quality of service provided to employees, and the overall efficiency of the organization, while developing your skills through a structured learning approach.
This position is particularly well suited for a junior profile or a first experience in Human Resources.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Onboarding
You will actively support recruitment activities for a variety of roles (Corporate, Communications, Marketing, Sales, etc.), including:
You will also contribute to delivering a smooth and positive onboarding experience, from pre-onboarding to the first weeks within the company.
HR Administration & Payroll Support
You will provide support in the administration of employee data and HR operations:
You will progressively build your expertise in these areas alongside the HR Director.
Learning & Development
You will support the coordination and delivery of training initiatives:
This will provide you with hands-on exposure to how learning supports business and team development
