We are seeking an experienced Talent & Learning leader to drive the strategic talent, leadership, and capability agenda across our Sub-Saharan Africa region.
This is a critical leadership role that sits at the intersection of business strategy and people capability. Partnering closely with senior business leaders, HR teams, and global Centers of Excellence, you will lead the development and execution of talent and learning strategies that strengthen leadership effectiveness, build organisational capability, accelerate succession readiness, and ensure the business has the talent required to deliver its future ambitions.
The role offers the opportunity to influence organisational performance at scale across multiple African markets, translating global talent frameworks into locally relevant, high-impact solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
