What you’ll be responsible for

We’re looking for a passionate Talent & Culture Advisor to help shape how our people learn, grow and lead. This is more than a learning and development role – it’s an opportunity to influence the future of leadership across the organisation, supporting colleagues at every stage of their development journey.

You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering impactful development experiences, with a strong focus on leadership capability and career progression. You’ll:


• Support leadership development programmes – from early careers through squiggly careers and emerging and established leaders
• Design and deliver engaging training, coaching initiatives that build confident, capable leaders
• Help create clear development pathways that enable colleagues to grow their careers
• Evaluate the impact of learning and ensure it delivers real value
• Promote a culture of continuous professional development and self-led learning across the business
• Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders, helping to understand development needs and translate them into meaningful learning solutions

About you

You’ll be someone who:


• Has experience in designing and delivering learning or leadership development programmes
• Is an engaging facilitator with strong communication and presentation skills
• Can translate business needs into clear, impactful learning solutions
• Builds strong relationships and can influence at all levels
• Takes a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Is passionate about helping others grow and succeed
