The Talent Acquisition Manger is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Talent Acquisition processes, reporting, and analytics across global operations.
This role ensures that hiring is efficient, standardized, and data-driven by establishing scalable workflows, improving visibility into performance, and reducing manual effort across the recruitment lifecycle.
The position partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Workforce Management, Operations, and Marketing to align hiring activity with business demand, improve speed to hire, and enable sustainable workforce growth.
Success Metrics
This role enables Talent Acquisition to operate as a scalable, efficient function by improving process consistency, increasing visibility into performance, and reducing manual effort. By optimizing how hiring is executed, this role supports growth without proportional increases in recruiter or support headcount.
