MKS APAC is currently in a stage of rapid growth and transformation. We are looking for a highly motivated TA Coordinator who will provide administrative and program support to the Talent Acquisition function across Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on campus recruitment operations and intern program coordination.

This role supports Southeast Asia campus recruitment initiatives and manages pre-employment and onboarding coordination for new hires and intern cohorts. The position requires close collaboration with the APAC TA team, including partnering with the TA Coordinator in China to facilitate intern-specific onboarding, social engagement activities, and performance management processes.

This is a fast-paced role requiring strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and solid coordination skills to ensure a seamless candidate and intern experience.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Providing general administrative and coordination support to the APAC Talent Acquisition team.
  • Supporting Southeast Asia campus recruitment initiatives, in collaboration with TA Specialists focused on STEM hiring and early-career talent attraction.
  • Assisting in managing pre-employment processes prior to onboarding for new hires and intern cohorts (e.g., documentation collection, system updates, process tracking).
  • Facilitating candidate interview scheduling and hiring process coordination.
  • Partnering with the APAC TA Coordinator in China to support intern-specific onboarding, social engagement events, performance management processes, experience surveys, and offboarding activities.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for interns on day-to-day operational matters to ensure a smooth program experience.
  • Partnering with hiring managers, recruiters and HR Partners to support intern engagement and structured program execution.
  • Supporting recruitment reporting and tracking (weekly/monthly updates).
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment documentation and ensuring SharePoint and system records are up to date.
  • Supporting recruitment-related administrative tasks such as job postings, contract filing, and data management.
  • Assisting with enhancements and data accuracy within the Workday recruitment module.
  • Collaborating with the Employer Branding team and TA Specialists to elevate employer branding initiatives across Southeast Asia.
  • Supporting external career fairs and campus events, including event setup and logistics coordination.

Skills You Bring: (Required Skills)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Relations, Foreign Language, or related fields.
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition coordination, HR operations, or program administration.
  • Familiarity with campus recruitment and early-career program coordination is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Thai is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
  • Good project management and logical thinking ability.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Willingness to travel as required. Travel within Malaysia (including between Peninsular and East Malaysia) is expected to support career fairs and campus activities. Occasional regional travel to Singapore and Thailand may be required.
  • Physical capability to support event setup, including lifting and moving recruitment materials and equipment when necessary.
