Talent Acquisition Support
Assist with drafting and publishing job postings on recruitment platforms.
Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and job boards.
Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates.
Participate in initial candidate screening when appropriate.
Support the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in improving recruitment processes where required - share your feedback & ideas!
And last but not least - use a data-driven approach when tracking your talent acquisition performance. You'll contribute to reporting and KPIs which can highlight market intelligence & drive strategic improvements!
Training & Development Support
Assist in the organization and coordination of internal & external training sessions
Track employee training completion and maintain training records.
Support the management of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Help prepare training materials and onboarding documentation
Assist with reporting and tracking training KPIs
HR Coordination
Support employee onboarding activities
Assist with HR documentation and administrative tasks
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and tools
You're currently completing a Master’s degree (HR, Business, or related field).
You already have a first experience in an HR related role.
Fluency in English,any other languages are a plus.
You're organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
You're a team player with a growth mindset and a positive attitude.
Strong interest to leverage AI technologies to drive significant impact.
