Key responsibilities in your new role

In this professional internship opportunity, with a fixed-term contract of 12 months, you will:

• Team support: Provide overall support to Recruiters with daily talent attraction activities
• Job posting: Create and post attractive job advertisements for different European countries and several job families
• Candidate evaluation: Perform the candidate preselection in the Applicant Tracking System, based on the information from the Hiring Manager
• Candidate pre-screening: Conduct phone assessments to gather relevant information from the candidates
• Active sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies, making use of our internal database and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Material development: Create different reports and presentations that support Talent Attraction activities

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Management or an equivalent field
• Interests: Interest in Talent Acquisition topics and in connecting with people
• Tools: A good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and confidence in using digital tools
• Working style: Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset; Proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times
• Language skills: Fluency in English (mandatory)
