Location: Budapest, XI. (On-site Monday to Thursday, Remote on Fridays)
As a Talent Sourcer Trainee, you’ll become a key part of our recruitment team, supporting our Principal Recruiter in identifying and engaging top candidates. You’ll learn the fundamentals of sourcing, from navigating LinkedIn to mastering Boolean searches, all while getting a front-row seat to the inner workings of a fast-moving talent team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support candidate sourcing activities across multiple functions
• Screen CVs and pre-qualify potential candidates
• Create and maintain candidate pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and job boards
• Learn how to engage passive talent with personalized outreach
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Help build employer branding content to attract top talent
• Track metrics to continuously improve sourcing strategies
