We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong focus on recruitment and candidate engagement.
As a Recruitment Specialist at Business Sweden, you will manage a diverse range of tasks within talent acquisition and onboarding. Your focus will be on retaining and developing talent for our regions, while taking ownership of the end-to-end process: Attract, Hire, Onboard. You will work closely with offices and leaders across our regions to support and understand our business and recruitment needs at both regional and market levels. Additionally, you will have a close collaboration with our region’s People & Culture team.
This role requires strong knowledge of the consulting industry, where agility, client-centricity, and project-based delivery models are key. You will identify talent who can thrive in dynamic environments and deliver measurable impact across diverse industries such as technology, finance, life sciences, and manufacturing.

The role is a fixed-term position for one year, with the possibility of extension.
