Gensler Bangalore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for their office to bring top talent into the firm.

What You Will Do

  • Support and drive Talent Acquisition efforts across India studios, partnering with Studio Leaders and hiring managers to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Participate in weekly recruiting meetings to review open roles, provide market insights, and align on candidate pipelines and hiring priorities.
  • Proactively source, network, and engage top architecture and design talent, building strong relationships that translate into successful hires.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and regional Talent Acquisition teams to review applicants and ensure consistent, high-quality candidate assessment.
  • Conduct structured phone screens and initial evaluations to identify qualified candidates and assess alignment with studio needs and culture.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle within Workday and Avature, including requisition creation, candidate tracking, dispositioning, reporting, and closing roles in compliance with internal processes.
  • Partner with Studio Leaders on offer discussions and candidate negotiations, providing market guidance and compensation insights.
  • Support outreach initiatives, including engagement with universities and coordination of the Summer Internship program.
  • Maintain and update compensation and hiring reports to support informed decision-making and workforce planning.

Your Qualifications

  • Executive recruitment experience would be highly advantageous.

  • 8+ years of experience recruiting for Architecture firms (Preferred but not required)

  • Bachelors degree

  • Knowledge of HRIS; Workday and Avature preferred

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Avature)

  • Experience sourcing candidates and using your own network of contacts in the industry

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task and perform in fast paced environment

  • Foundational understanding of human resources and recruiting

*This is not a remote or hybrid position. The successful candidate is expected to be in the office 5 days a week.
