Position Location: Baltimore, MD

Hybrid: Monday through Thursday in the office; Fridays work remotely

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year

The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages, and is responsible for, full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify hiring needs. Responsible for providing full cycle recruiting for assigned subsidiaries. In conjunction with Director of Talent Acquisition, the Recruiting & Retention Specialist will manage full cycle recruiting across all subsidiaries. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Create and post job advertisements, source candidates through multiple channels, and attend hiring events as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships while ensuring a positive hiring experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data, applicant tracking systems, and hiring documentation.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, stay current on employment laws and best practices, and ensure compliance with agency policies.

Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques, interviewing methods, and candidate assessment.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS/HRMS platforms, and recruiting technologies; UKG/UltiPro experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws related to recruiting and hiring.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
