Job Description

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid, at least two days a week in office)

Job Type: Full Time employment contract via EoR

Our Purpose: A Better Life for Everyone

Nourish is not simply a technology company; we are a digital partner for the social and health care sector rooted in human connections, with the person being supported at its core. We offer a range of co-produced software solutions tailored to the unique challenges of care, while still being flexible enough to meet the specific needs of each individual service we work with.

We are at an exciting stage of growth. While we are the market leader, we remain ambitious and dedicated to our mission. We continue to revolutionise the sector by investing in our platform and our incredible employees who make this impact possible.

Our Ecosystem

At Nourish, you will contribute to a sophisticated ecosystem that includes:

· Technology that impacts a million people every day: Our core products are used by over 425,000 carers to support 417,000+ individuals

· The Nourish Partnership Programme (NPP): A sector-leading programme that manages strategic integrations with third-party systems to ensure seamless data syncing and interoperability across the care journey.

Our Culture & Values

We look for people who align with the way we work. If you join us, you are joining a culture defined by:

· Making a Difference: We remember who we serve. We are passionate about making a meaningful, positive impact on the lives of carers and those we support

· Agility: We continuously refine and adapt. There is no room for complacency here; we are driven to constantly review and improve our products and processes.

· Collective Effort: We help each other out because we know that when one person wins, we all win. It’s "all hands-on deck" - everyone is in it together.

· Every Person Counts: We treat everyone as a very significant part of our community. We welcome people being their true and authentic selves and value the diverse perspectives they bring.

· Openness to Learning: We believe no question is a silly question and all insights are valuable. Mistakes are part of the improvement process; we dust ourselves off and begin again.

The Team & Role

This is a newly created role and the first Nourish hire based in Poland outside our tech hub, built to give the Talent Acquisition function real capacity and resilience for the first time. You will be based at our Krakow office, building local relationships and acting as an embodiment of the Nourish culture as the team there grows. You will work across talent acquisition in both the UK and Poland, from sourcing through to offer, owning Poland hiring end to end and taking on a set of tactical UK roles. This role is as much about building strong process and administration as it is about hiring great talent. Stakeholder management sits at the heart of the role, alongside relationship building with candidates, giving them an excellent experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

· Own end to end recruitment for all Poland based hiring and specific UK based roles, from briefing through sourcing, screening and offer.

· Build and establish our reputation in the local talent market as a genuine advocate for Nourish, giving candidates a reason to want to work here.

· Be data driven with a strong eye for metrics, working at pace to get things done.

· Help build out how we run recruitment from a process perspective, bringing strong administration and a genuine eye for good structure as the function develops.

· Assist with onboarding for new joiners alongside the Talent Acquisition Partner and wider People & Culture team.

· Own stakeholder management and candidate communication at every stage, keeping the candidate experience clear, personal and positive.

· Provide cover and shared capacity across the two person TA function, including support on UK hiring during peak periods or absence.

· Use AI tools to speed up sourcing, screening and administrative work, reviewing anything AI assisted before it reaches a candidate, and act as an ambassador for using emerging tech positively and proactively.

Requirements

· Experience: Demonstrable recruitment experience, ideally a mix of agency and in house, with at least two years in house experience.

· Sourcing & Administration: Confident sourcing directly through LinkedIn and other channels, with strong administrative skills and a natural eye for building good process across multiple live roles and pipelines.

· Technical & AI Confidence: Technically confident and quick to pick up new systems, with genuine enthusiasm for using AI tools to strengthen how the recruitment function runs.

· Relationship Building: Excellent relationship management skills, a natural communicator with strong customer service instincts, genuinely curious about people and able to build rapport quickly. A great listener who asks great questions, able to anticipate problems and find solutions.

· Ways of Working: Fluent written and spoken English, comfortable working closely with UK based colleagues and candidates day to day, and confident working in a remote, international way.

· Mindset: A self directing, collaborative approach and a hands on doer, comfortable being the first Poland based person in the function, taking feedback well and working at pace with good standards.

All positions at Nourish are subject to a satisfactory, crimial check, references, and receipt of appropriate Right to Work documents.

Nourish is proud to be an equal opportunities employer and we actively seek and embrace differences in thinking, experience, ethnicity, age, gender, faith, personalities, and styles.
