At Merlin, our people are at the heart of creating great experiences for our guests. We have an immediate opening for a Talent Acquisition Specialist supporting entry-level, hourly, and seasonal hiring.

In this role, you’ll help move candidates through the hiring process, from resume review and manager interviews through offers and onboarding. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and HR to keep candidates informed, follow up on next steps, and make sure the process stays on track.

This position is expected to run through March 2027, with the potential to extend based on business needs.

What you’ll do

• Review and forward qualified resumes to hiring managers based on staffing needs.
• Monitor candidate progress and follow up with hiring managers to make sure interviews and next steps are completed in a timely manner.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process and respond to questions by phone, email, and text.
• Follow up with candidates after interviews and help keep the process moving.
• Prepare and manage offers and follow up with candidates through offer acceptance.
• Support the onboarding process and make sure new hires complete required steps before their start date.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Work closely with hiring managers and HR to help fill open positions quickly and efficiently.
• Manage multiple candidates and open positions while staying organized and detail-oriented.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or a related role.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring, hourly, seasonal, or entry-level roles is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and confidence communicating with candidates by phone, email, and text.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple candidates and priorities at the same time.
• Comfortable working with an ATS and other recruiting or HR systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR.
• A sense of urgency and a willingness to jump in and help keep the hiring process moving.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

From USD $25.00/Hr.
