As Talent Acquisition Specialist – North America, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment across our four North American locations: New York City (Tribeca & Upper East Side), Chicago, Toronto and Los Angeles.
This is a hands-on and strategic role, responsible for balancing high-volume hiring for our operational teams with the recruitment of key leadership roles — ensuring every hire reflects AIRE’s standards of excellence, culture, and guest experience.
You’ll partner closely with Site Directors, Department Managers, acting as a trusted advisor on hiring needs, talent quality, and market insights. Your impact will be seen not only in how fast we hire, but in who we bring on board and how they thrive once they arrive.

AIRE Ancient Baths has an international presence with 8 established AIRE Locations in New York's Tribeca and Upper East Side neighbourhoods, Chicago, London, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Sevilla, Almeria and Vallromanes. We are already looking into the future and moving onwards, with our soon to be opened locations in Toronto and Los Angeles. We are, once again, eager to take our philosophy of well-being and relaxation wherever we go.
