We’relooking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist(High Volume Recruitments) to join us at Telia.I’mJolita Surgutanovienė, Head of Talent Acquisition Team in Baltics, andI’msearching for someone ready to grow with us.We’rean international, forwardthinking teamlocatedin Lithuania, Sweden,Finlandand Estonia, dedicated to delivering excellence in every interaction for Hiring Managers, Candidates, and Recruiters while driving Telias strategic goals.

Whatyou’lldo:

In this role,you’llcoordinate high-volume and entry-level recruitment processes across multiple countries while ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience through strong organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate high-volume and entry-level recruitment processes across different countries
• Support Hiring Managers and stakeholders with recruitment-related operational tasks, systems, and process questions
• Contribute to improvements and simplification initiatives within Talent Acquisition processes and tools
• Participate in global Talent Acquisition projects and develop expertise in recruitment systems and candidate management tools

What will help you thrive in this role:

You are a curious, proactive, and collaborative professional who enjoys working in a dynamic international environment and adapts easily to change.

• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
• Ability to work effectively in a large, complexorganization
• Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Fluency in Swedish, both written and spoken is considered as an advantage

• Experience with Workday and working in a corporate or international environment is considered an advantage

Monthly salary range for this position – 21203180Eur (gross) + annual performancebonuses Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
