We are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition professional who combines a strong hunter mindset with expertise in manufacturing recruitment and executive search.

This role will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent for specialized, managerial, and director-level positions across multiple business units. The ideal candidate thrives in competitive talent markets, proactively identifies passive candidates, and acts as a strategic advisor to hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for specialized, managerial, and executive-level positions.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent.
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and talent intelligence analyses.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical manufacturing and business roles.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Facilitate and participate in Assessment Centers for leadership and strategic positions.
  • Utilize data and recruiting metrics to drive decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing environments.
  • Experience managing specialized, managerial, and executive-level searches.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Strong experience in direct sourcing and headhunting methodologies.
  • Experience conducting competency-based interviews.
  • Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders.

Preferred

  • Experience facilitating Assessment Centers.
  • Experience with psychometric and behavioral assessment tools (PI, Intelab, Raven, or similar).
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Knowledge of talent market trends, salary benchmarking, and workforce planning.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or regional recruitment operations.

Additional Information

This position is being hired to provide temporary coverage during a maternity leave. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives and gain exposure to high-impact recruitment projects.
