ABOUT THE ROLE
The TA Specialist will identify, recruit, screen, and present qualified candidates for marketing, sales, operations, customer support, and other positions while partnering closely with external clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment processes.
A key part of this role is ensuring that every search begins with a clear understanding of the client's expectations. The TA Specialist will participate in or lead
Kick-Off Calls with clients for new job openings
, clarify the role and candidate profile, establish expectations, and translate the client's needs into an effective recruitment strategy.
They will also be responsible for monitoring and managing recruitment KPIs, using data to evaluate the progress of searches, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in or lead Kick-Off Calls with external clients for every new opening to understand the client's hiring needs, expectations, and priorities.

Collaborate with hiring managers and clients throughout the process to ensure candidate profiles and recruitment efforts remain aligned with their needs.

Assist with developing and revising specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.

Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, social media, networking, job fairs, and other channels.

Draft recruitment advertisements; posts and/or place ads in the most effective digital media for open positions.

Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through resume screening, interviews, and other forms of communication.

Conduct candidate video interviews and create clear, compelling profile summaries for clients.

Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients.

Maintain contact with candidates to keep them updated with their process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Applicant Tracking System to date.

Own and actively monitor recruitment KPIs for assigned searches

Review recruitment funnel performance regularly to identify bottlenecks, gaps, or opportunities for improvement.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
2+ years of recruiting experience
across diverse roles, including SEO Specialist, Marketing Associate, Revenue, Sales, Operations, Client Success, or other related positions.
Experience working with international or
US-based clients is a plus.
Degree in
Business, Human Resources, Psychology
, or a related field.
Advanced
C1/C2 level of English
, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with
Zoho Recruit
or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR CRM.
Previous experience working with
Slack, Asana, Loom,
and/or similar collaboration tools.
Familiarity with recruiting tools such as
LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong client-facing communication skills and confidence participating in or
leading Kick-Off Calls with
Understanding of recruitment KPIs
and the ability to monitor, analyze, and act on performance data.
Strong
organizational and time-management skills,
with the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
