The Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as the dedicated Talent Acquisition partner for JJK India, leading full-cycle recruitment for technology and business roles while supporting workforce growth initiatives. This position is responsible for developing talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies, managing end-to-end recruiting activities, supporting campus recruitment efforts, and partnering with hiring leaders to meet staffing needs.

Additionally, this role serves as the primary Talent Acquisition support resource for JJK India by coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining recruiting and HR-related reporting, preparing employment documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws, and supporting associate engagement and employer branding initiatives.

In this role, you will work in the Mysuru office and requires you to work in office but have hybrid option too!

Job Responsibilities

  • Activates job requisitions and advertises openings internally and externally on job boards and social media platforms.
  • Identifies, sources, and evaluates qualified candidates against position requirements established by hiring leaders.
  • Builds and maintains candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and engagement strategies utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other talent sourcing resources.
  • Conducts candidate screening, interviews, background checks, and offer administration while ensuring an efficient and professional candidate experience.
  • Partners with hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies and support workforce planning effort.
  • Develops and executes campus recruiting strategies, including building relationships with academic institutions, coordinating campus events, and supporting employer branding initiatives.
  • Leverages associate referral programs and employment branding initiatives to attract and engage qualified talent.
  • Maintains timely communication with candidates and hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinates onboarding and new associate orientation activities, including scheduling, documentation, and presentation materials.
  • Prepares employment-related documentation, including offer letters and appointment letters, and ensures all new hire paperwork is accurate and complete.
  • Maintains Talent Acquisition, turnover, retention, and other workforce-related reports and metrics.
  • Supports associate engagement initiatives, internal communications, and employee inquiries related to HR policies and processes.
  • Performs additional Talent Acquisition and HR administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field, preferably Human Resources
  • Minimum of 3 years years of Talent Acquisition experience leading full-cycle recruitment for technology and business operations roles. Experience in a start-up environment is a plus.


Other Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Kannada, including familiarity with regional dialects spoken in the Mysuru area.
  • Knowledge of employment regulations and hiring practices.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workload demands.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong partnerships across the organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to compile, analyze, and report workforce and recruiting data.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time.
