The Talent Acquisition Specialist – Japan will lead early talent and technical recruiting for NCR Voyix, with a focus on building a strong pipeline of new graduate talent through the Shinsotsu hiring system. This role combines university engagement, full-cycle recruiting, and agency management, while serving as a strategic partner to hiring managers and HR leaders.

The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of Japan’s recruiting landscape, native Japanese fluency, and a commitment to delivering a best-in-class candidate experience aligned with local and global standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• University Engagement & Branding: Build and manage relationships with universities and student organizations; lead campus events, career fairs, and localized employer branding initiatives
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end hiring for new graduate and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively build diverse candidate pipelines using ATS, job boards, and networking platforms
• Agency Management: Partner with external recruiting agencies to ensure high-quality candidate delivery and effective collaboration
• Program Execution: Design and support onboarding and engagement programs for new graduates, including “keep-warm” strategies
• Candidate Experience & Operations: Deliver a high-quality candidate experience, ensure data integrity in systems (e.g., Workday), and maintain compliance with Japanese labor laws and hiring practices
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to drive hiring strategies, meet time-to-fill goals, and provide market insights

Qualifications:
• Native-level Japanese fluency and business-level English
• 4+ years of recruiting experience (corporate and/or agency), including technical recruiting
• Experience with university recruiting in Japan and strong understanding of the Shinsotsu system
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Mynavi, Wantedly, BizReach)
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and full-cycle recruiting processes
• Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and offer negotiation practices
• Experience with ATS systems (e.g., Workday)
• Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
