About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team and own end-to-end recruitment across IT roles.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, identify the right talent, and deliver a high-quality hiring experience. We’re looking for someone who is tech-savvy, data-driven, adaptable, and comfortable using AI and technology to work smarter and improve hiring outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes a practical, problem-solving approach to recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding handover
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define profiles, and drive recruitment plans
• Use AI, automation, sourcing platforms, and recruitment technology to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes
• Manage multiple hiring priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Track and analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring decisions and processes
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, agencies, vendors, and other external partners
• Manage recruitment agencies and service providers, including coordination, performance, and negotiation
• Contribute to employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and talent attraction initiatives

Requirements

Must-Have

• 4+ years of experience in in-house Talent Acquisition, with hands-on end-to-end IT recruitment
• Good understanding of IT roles and technical talent
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with good English and Vietnamese
• Logical, analytical, and practical mindset, with strong problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI to improve sourcing, research, communication, and daily work
• Highly adaptable and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good candidate assessment and relationship-building skills

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in a product, technology, banking, or fintech company
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment
• Experience working with international stakeholders, agencies, vendors, or service providers
• Good negotiation skills
• Experience using recruitment data, analytics, and technology to improve hiring processes
