Job Description

Our technology teams are driving meaningful change at scale. To support this growth, we’re looking for a strategic, consultative Talent Acquisition Specialist III who thrives in complex technical environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping our enterprise technology workforce while partnering closely with leaders across engineering, IT, and digital innovation.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist III, you will own full-cycle recruiting for highly skilled technology professionals across disciplines including software engineering, IoT, cloud & infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and IT/Engineering operations. This role supports Rheem’s Enterprise Division and is based in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid). This is a contract to hire position.

  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, from first outreach through offer acceptance
  • Prepare candidates and interview panels to ensure structured, inclusive, and efficient interviews
  • Synthesize interview feedback and guide hiring teams toward timely, data-informed decisions
  • Collaborate with Compensation, HR, and leadership to develop competitive offers, present offers to candidates, and manage negotiations and counteroffers
  • Provide consultative market insights (talent availability, compensation trends, competitive landscape) to inform hiring strategies
  • Build and sustain proactive talent pipelines for critical and emerging skill sets
  • Maintain accurate, compliant recruiting data in the ATS; track metrics and communicate pipeline status, risks, and next steps to stakeholders
  • Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruiting events as needed (domestic travel during peak seasons)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 3+ years focused on technology recruiting
  • Proven experience hiring for roles such as IoT Engineers, Software Engineers, Cloud & Infrastructure Specialists, Cybersecurity, DevOps, and Data professionals
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking and offer negotiation
  • Excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and advise leaders within a matrixed organization
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliant hiring practices
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and MS Office tool

HOW TO STAND OUT:
