REQUIREMENTS:  
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Outstanding communication skills
- Knowledge of applicant tracking system 
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 
- Master’s degree preferred.  
- Licensed in Social Work, Counseling, or related field preferred.  
- Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred. 
- 2 years of experience in the mental health field with program data collection systems and maintenance of large data collection systems. 
- Demonstrated knowledge of mental health laws and regulations, ethical standards, practice standards, and documentation requirements. 
- Good organizational, writing, and time management skills. 
- Demonstrated familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EMR). 



ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Partner with schools, colleges, unemployment offices, etc., to build strong candidate pipelines
- Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
- Assist with both external and internal hiring efforts (internal recruitment meaning assessment of employees for different or more senior roles.)
- Screens and refers qualified applicants to hiring managers. Follows up to obtain feedback regarding overall experience (from candidates and hiring managers).
- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
- Use sophisticated applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
- Processes job requisitions.
- Schedules and attends job/career fairs with appropriate staff to generate qualified applicants.
- Provides relevant company information to potential applicants.
- Other duties as assigned
