Job Description

Heartflow is a medical technology company advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease, the #1 cause of death worldwide, using cutting-edge technology. The flagship product—an AI-driven, non-invasive cardiac test supported by the ACC/AHA Chest Pain Guidelines called the Heartflow FFRCT Analysis—provides a color-coded, 3D model of a patient’s coronary arteries indicating the impact blockages have on blood flow to the heart. Heartflow is the first AI-driven non-invasive integrated heart care solution across the CCTA pathway that helps clinicians identify stenoses in the coronary arteries (RoadMap™Analysis), assess coronary blood flow (FFRCT Analysis), and characterize and quantify coronary atherosclerosis (Plaque Analysis). Our pipeline of products is growing and so is our team; join us in helping to revolutionize precision heartcare.

Heartflow is a publicly traded company (HTFL) that has received international recognition for exceptional strides in healthcare innovation, is supported by medical societies around the world, cleared for use in the US, UK, Europe, Japan and Canada, and has been used for more than 500,000 patients worldwide.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for Heartflow. This role suits someone who thrives on proactive sourcing and pipeline-building rather than waiting for applications to arrive. You’ll use sourcing tools to find candidates directly, build lasting relationships with schools and training programs, represent Heartflow at job fairs, and find creative ways to keep a steady stream of qualified candidates flowing into our hiring pipeline.

You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and the broader People team, work day-to-day in Greenhouse (our ATS), and work 3-4 days at our San Francisco office to help run in-person interview days for all functions.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for production and any other functions as needed by the business, from top funnel through offer
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and other sourcing channels
  • Build and maintain an evergreen talent pipeline so open production requisitions can be filled quickly and consistently
  • Develop and nurture ongoing relationships with community colleges, universities, and vocational/technical programs (e.g., 3D modeling and animation, medical imaging, and allied health programs) to create a reliable pipeline of qualified graduates
  • Represent Heartflow at career fairs, campus recruiting events, and industry meetups, including planning logistics and staffing the events
  • Design and run creative, non-traditional sourcing initiatives, talent communities, alumni networks, targeted social sourcing, referral campaigns, and niche online communities, to build pipeline for hard-to-fill or high-volume roles
  • Screen resumes and conduct phone/video screens to assess qualifications, motivation, and fit
  • Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate candidate profiles, and set hiring plans
  • Coordinate interview loops end-to-end, including scheduling and running in-person interview days at Heartflow’s San Francisco office (day-of logistics, interviewer prep, and candidate coordination)
  • Keep candidate records and pipeline data accurate and current in Greenhouse, and report on sourcing effectiveness and time-to-fill
  • Deliver and maintain high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process
  • Track labor market trends and compensation benchmarks relevant to production and technical hiring

What You’ll Bring

  • 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, or full-cycle recruiting (in-house or agency)
  • Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, or similar tools
  • Experience, or strong interest in building relationships with schools, universities, or training programs to develop candidate pipelines
  • Comfort representing Heartflow at job fairs and campus events, with willingness to travel occasionally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once
  • Working knowledge of an ATS (Greenhouse experience a plus) and standard office tools (MS Word, Excel, Google Suite)
  • Ability to travel periodically to Heartflow’s San Francisco office to support in-person interview days
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for production, operations, or other hourly/technical roles
  • Familiarity recruiting candidates with imaging, 3D modeling/animation, or healthcare backgrounds
  • Experience tracking and reporting on high-volume recruiting metrics
  • A track record of building creative sourcing campaigns from the ground-up

This position has an estimated base salary of $86,500 - $105,000. #LI-DNI
