What You’ll Do
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the recruitment process to include but not limited to posting open positions online, application review, prescreening applicants, scheduling interviews, and extending offers. They will work closely with the system, hiring managers to deliver the best qualified candidates. This position ensures compliance with all federal and state guidelines while also delivering the best candidate experience. Manage the full recruiting life cycle process utilizing Workday for applicant tracking system.
Talent Acquisition is a fast-paced environment and will require a high degree of multi-tasking as well as attention to detail. We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional who loves connecting with people and helping find them the perfect opportunity!
Requirements
GED or High School Diploma required
Valid driver’s license
Proof auto liability insurance
Clean driving record
Preferred Requirements
Preferred one 1+ years of related work experience in human resources and/or recruitment.
Preferred Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field
Workday Experience (main operating system)
