Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, people-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone fresh out of college who is motivated, outgoing, and excited to build a career in recruiting and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate loves talking to people, is comfortable on the phone, learns new systems quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. No recruiting experience is required — we are looking for attitude, personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to candidates and build relationships
  • Screen applicants and schedule interviews
  • Learn how to source and identify talent for open positions
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and notes in recruiting systems
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Work closely with leadership and hiring managers to support recruiting efforts
  • Help create a positive candidate experience from first contact to hire

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
