Job Summary

We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the
APAC labor market
, excellent communication skills, and experience recruiting for a variety of roles.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles.
• 
  Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• 
  Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networking.
• 
  Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• 
  Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• 
  Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• 
  Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Qualifications

• 
  2–5 years of experience
  in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• 
  Experience recruiting within the
  APAC market
  ; experience in BPO, technology, or corporate roles is a plus.
• 
  Familiarity with
  Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  and sourcing tools, including
  ADP
  .
• 
  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• 
  Ability to manage multiple roles, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• 
  Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices.

Preferred Skills

• 
  Experience with high-volume hiring.
• 
  Strong sourcing skills, including
  LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search
  .
• 
  Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• 
  Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills.
