Help Build a Team That Changes Lives
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing remote team and play a key role in shaping the lives of children with autism. The Treetop provides ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum, and in this role you will help build the teams that work directly with our kiddos every day. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact from the administrative side by helping us find exceptional clinicians and behavior technicians who will support children and families in meaningful ways.
If you love connecting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about building strong teams, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with our operations and scheduling teams to ensure we are hiring the right people to meet the needs of the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
We’re seeking someone who is highly organized, motivated, and excited to be a part of a mission-driven team.
At The Treetop, you’ll be part of a warm, collaborative, and fun remote team that is passionate about making a difference. While this role is administrative, the impact is deeply meaningful—you’ll play an essential part in helping children with autism receive quality care by building the team that makes it possible.
If you are looking for a role where you can combine recruiting, organization, and relationship-building with purpose-driven work, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply today and help us grow a team that changes lives.
The Treetop is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment for all employees.
