The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a six-month project, supporting a strategic project. The role will support the recruitment activities required for the project, working closely with internal stakeholders, external recruitment agencies and candidates. This is a hands-on role for someone who is autonomous, organised and comfortable managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously

Strong spoken and written English is mandatory, as the role will work directly with international stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage recruitment processes end-to-end, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and candidate follow-up.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, databases and other relevant channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.
• Prepare and present qualified candidate shortlists.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Work closely with external recruitment agencies supporting the project and coordinate their activities.
• Support the hiring process and ensure timely follow-up with all stakeholders.

Stakeholder & Interview Coordination

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, the CEO and other stakeholders.
• Manage calendars, interview schedules and follow-ups.
• Gather and organise interview feedback.
• Ensure that recruitment processes move forward efficiently and within agreed timelines.
• Communicate confidently in English with international stakeholders.

Recruitment Administration & Reporting

• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment status in the ATS and other recruitment tools.
• Prepare recruitment trackers and regular status updates.
• Support recruitment documentation and administrative activities.
• Ensure that all recruitment processes are properly documented and organised.
• Provide general administrative support related to the recruitment activities of the project.

Sourcing & Market Research

• Support market mapping and identification of relevant candidates and companies.
• Use Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for priority positions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment & Selection.
• Proven experience managing recruitment processes from A to Z.
• Good understanding of recruitment methodologies and candidate assessment.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English – mandatory.
• Angolan nationality – mandatory.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative activities effectively.
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple processes and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
• Good knowledge of LinkedIn and recruitment platforms; LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a plus.
