As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and securing top talent across a diverse range of roles and locations. Your key responsibilities as an Talent Acquisition Specialist will include:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies for open positions.
• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment channels.
• Screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer stage.
• Creating engaging and inclusive job advertisements while providing guidance on job description improvements.
• Maintaining applicant tracking systems, monitoring recruitment pipelines, and providing recruitment reporting and analytics.
• Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining GDPR compliance and adherence to relevant employment legislation.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• You have proven recruitment experience gained within in-house talent acquisition environment.
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and enjoy building strong stakeholder relationships.
• You have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing platforms to identify and engage talent.
• You can successfully manage multiple vacancies and priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality.
