Flyte Solutions Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our recruitment function and support the growing demand for technology professionals across our business and client engagements.

This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with strong IT/technology hiring experience, excellent sourcing capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening through selection and onboarding.
• Understand technical job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies for each position.
• Identify and attract qualified technology professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals and direct sourcing.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple technology domains.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates against technical, professional and organizational requirements.
• Coordinate technical interviews, client interviews, feedback and selection processes.
• Prepare and present candidate profiles and CVs in accordance with specific client requirements.
• Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, follow-ups and offer coordination.
• Work closely with Business Development and Delivery teams to understand current and upcoming resource requirements.
• Support urgent and high-volume recruitment requirements while meeting agreed submission timelines.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases and hiring trackers.
• Develop long-term relationships with technology professionals and maintain an active talent network.
• Track recruitment performance and provide regular updates on pipeline, submissions, interviews and closures.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition / IT Recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting technology professionals such as:
• Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, System Administrators, Data/AI professionals and other IT specialists.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search and candidate research techniques.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and evaluate candidate profiles against requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Results-oriented approach with strong follow-up and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Preferred Experience

Experience in IT staffing, resource augmentation, software development recruitment, outsourcing, technology consulting or managed services will be an advantage.
