At DSV, the P&O Specialist, Talent Acquisition, is responsible for supporting full cycle recruitment for blue and white collar high-volume positions across the organization. This role partners Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists, P&O Business Partners, and operational leaders to deliver effective, compliant, and timely recruitment solutions. The P&O Specialist, Talent Acqusition will manage candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, speak, hear, and use hands to operate standard office equipment. The position requires extended periods of computer use, including reviewing resumes, managing applicant tracking systems, preparing reports, and communicating electronically. The employee is frequently required to participate in phone, video, and virtual meetings for extended periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The employee may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
This position operates primarily in a professional office environment and routinely uses computers, phones, headsets, video conferencing platforms, and other standard office equipment. The role requires prolonged periods of computer work, virtual collaboration, candidate interviews, and telephone communication. The noise level in the work environment is generally moderate. Minimal travel may be required to support hiring events, career fairs, site launches, workforce ramp-ups, business meetings, and other Talent Acquisition initiatives. The position may occasionally require work outside of normal business hours to support recruiting activities and business needs.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $25.00 – $33.00 . Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
